Creator community privacy

Effective 15 October 2026.

Brand Store uses your Discord account ID to identify you when you invoke the community bot. It stores your acceptance record, requested public handle, category, channel, markets, affiliate destinations, link requests, content submissions, opportunity preference and operational messages in its dedicated community database.

Staff can access those records to fulfil requests and operate the community. Affiliate URLs and private reports are not posted to public Discord channels. Your chosen public profile and credited content may appear on published Brand Store pages. Product-experience analytics and merchant tracking have their own privacy choices and notices; this bot does not infer purchases from clicks.

Discord processes the interactions and messages you send through Discord. Brand Store's bot runs on Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare D1 storage. The bot does not read general server conversation, request your Discord email, or fetch your other server memberships. Requested work updates may be sent by bot DM; results remain available through /links list.

Aggregate participation and available, appropriately scoped analytics can be used to explain the program to brands. Paid-opportunity participation is optional. We do not publish your private affiliate destinations, shipping details or individual earnings to the community or a prospective brand.

Records are retained to operate the program, resolve requests and maintain the history of permissions and published content. Ask Brand Store staff in the Discord community to access, correct or delete your account information and explain which public content should be withdrawn. Use the removal form without signing in to raise a content-rights claim. The bot records such claims for staff; a receipt is not proof that published content was removed.
