Brand Store Creator Community Terms — 2026-10-15.1

Free links and affiliate earnings. You start with five free published product links. Request additional free links in Discord. Brand Store will never take a cut of your affiliate earnings. You remain responsible for your affiliate program's placement, disclosure and eligibility requirements. Preserving your supplied link does not guarantee that a merchant or network will award commission.

Entry creator. A product journey entered through your creator-specific Brand Store link uses your saved affiliate destination when the viewer chooses to leave for the merchant. Other creators' chapters may help the viewer decide; watching them does not transfer that journey to their affiliate destination. When viewers enter through another creator's link, that creator keeps the referral, including when your chapter helped the decision.

Your content and the shared product experience. You keep ownership of your content. By accepting and then submitting a video, or designating content from a channel you control for this program, you grant Brand Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and, where you provide the original file or expressly allow hosting, host that content inside Brand Store product experiences with creator credit. This includes shared product experiences reached through other participating creators' links. The permission is limited to operating and presenting Brand Store product experiences; it does not authorize paid advertising, unrelated reuse, sale of your footage, or paid brand-campaign rights. Only submit or designate content you own or have permission to license. Joining cannot grant rights over somebody else's content or brand assets.

Removal. You may ask to withdraw your contributions with /content remove, or use the public removal form for a rights claim. The bot records the request for staff to remove the affected published content; it does not claim external copies or existing published experiences have already been removed. Leaving Discord alone does not identify which content you want withdrawn.

Analytics and community. Brand Store records your profile, consent, link requests, saved affiliate destinations and participation. Product experiences may measure engagement and seller handoffs under their applicable privacy choices. Aggregate evidence and consented creator-category counts can support Brand Store's pitches to brands. Purchases and commission remain unknown unless an authorized reporting source is connected. No increase in conversion or earnings is promised. The bot sends private updates about your requested work where Discord permits delivery. You can retrieve results with /links list if a DM cannot arrive.

Paid opportunities. Hearing about future paid brand briefs is optional and initially off. Opting in does not commit you to any campaign. Each brief needs its own agreement on participation, payment, deliverables and content use. Your affiliate no-cut commitment remains in place.

Acceptance. Clicking Accept terms records this version, its text, your verified Discord account and the time. Discord membership by itself is not this acceptance. Please read the privacy page and ask Brand Store staff in the community if you need help.
